Here's what's happening in our group for August:
August 11: Lunch Bunch, 11:30 a.m.
Can't decide between Mexican and American food? Neither can we — so this month's Lunch Bunch heads to Gloria's Cafe, 2365 Dickerson Rd. Their menu covers all the bases, from pancakes and French toast to chilaquiles and tacos. Come be deliciously indecisive with us!

August 15: Monthly Meeting & Dinner, 5 p.m.
This month we're heading to CJ Palace Chinese Restaurant, 129 Los Altos Parkway, Suite 119, Sparks, NV 89436 (cross street: Pyramid Way).
Richard's note: this is my favorite Chinese restaurant in the Reno-Sparks area — every dish I've ordered has been great. In addition to a full Chinese menu, they also have a complete sushi selection.
